The subject of the public contract is the provision of services of a monitoring tool for the management of shared micromobility ("Platform") in the form of "software as a service (SaaS)" and other related services. The purpose of providing services is to enable efficient management of shared micromobility means of transport in the territory of the capital. of the city of Prague through the Platform, which will allow users to transfer data related to the operation of shared micromobility in the capital city. city of Prague, their processing and transmission of other data outputs. The subject of the contract will be provided in two ways, namely a) directly on the basis of the contract (Platform service provided in the form of "software as a service (SaaS)", including operation and support of the Platform, implementation of data into the Platform and initial training, all for a period of 60 months from the start of the provision of the aforementioned services, estimated total value of CZK 6, 500, 000 without VAT, price paid as a flat rate per month), b) based on sub-contracts concluded according to the agreement, having the nature of a framework agreement (consulting services, training and other services related to the Platform, including customization of the Platform, with a framework for concluding sub-contracts lasting 48 months, estimated total value of CZK 3, 000, 000 excluding VAT, price negotiated by MD rate, paid according to actual performance). The platform serves as a unified tool for processing data from shared mobility operators in the MDS and GBFS standards, managing geographic zones and city rules, and evaluating their compliance.
