CySEC, in order to support its supervisory role deriving from the Law on the Establishment of the National Sanctions Implementation Unit and the Implementation of Restrictive Measures and National Sanctions in the Republic of 2025 (L. 150(I)/2025), seeks services for Thematic Inspections on a total of 100 of its regulated entities to verify whether they are efficiently and effectively using Sanction/Restrictive Measures screening systems. The Thematic Inspections are expected to be approximately equally distributed and completed in 3 yearly rounds (2026-2028) covering various sectors of CySEC's Regulated Entities. The exact timetable for the Thematic Inspections shall be jointly determined by the Contracting Authority and the Contractor.
