The objective of the market is to select an operator capable of providing IP services allowing the interconnection of local networks through a secure virtual private network (VPN) as well as related services through the Internet. The operator must also be able to offer an offer Telephone on IP (ToIP) through the private network and ensure fixed and/or mobile communications in Belgium and abroad through a Trunk SIP. Different services of the municipal administration (general services, municipal schools, etc.) as well as related entities such as the CPAS Or the library must be able to subscribe to a range of comparable services with the operator who undertakes to make possible a level of integration described below, in particular to the point concerning the interconnection of VPN.
