PROVISION OF SERVICES RELATED TO ORGANIZING EVENTS AND EVENTS FOR THE NEEDS OF CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGICAL AND METALLURGICAL UNIVERSITY The subject of the public procurement includes the provision of services related to organizational-technical preparation and logistical provision for holding events of different formats, such as: forum/conference (up to 5, held in/outside Sofia, about 50 - 200 participants); working meetings (up to 10, held in/outside Sofia, about 20 - 100 participants); informative days/campaigns, trainings, seminars, thematic, etc. events (up to 10, held in/outside Sofia, about 20-100 participants); round tables, discussions (up to 5, held in/outside Sofia, about 20 - 50 participants), summer school (up to 2, takes place in/outside Sofia, about 20 - 50 participants). The indicated number is indicative and it is possible that the contracting authority may not declare events of every type and in this volume. Different events involve performing different combinations of activities, namely: accommodation, provision of a hall, room/open space, provision of technical/conference equipment, transport, catering, provision of speakers/moderators, as well as other activities accompanying the services. All events are held at the request of the contracting authority, depending on the needs that arise.
