SECTION 1: Outpost SECTION 2: Northern Greece A SECTION 3: Northern Greece B SECTION 4: Southern Greece A SECTION 5: Southern Greece B SECTION 6: Lesvos SECTION 7: Samos - Chios and other islands of the North Aegean SECTION 8: Kos - Leros, other islands of the South Aegean SECTION 9: Crete Object of the Framework Agreement is the provision of meal preparation, transport and distribution services in structures and places of accommodation for citizens of third countries or stateless persons who have applied for international protection, of Annex XIV, Appendix A of Law 4412/2016, which will carried out in accordance with: (a) the provisions of Section IV Special Contract Regimes, Section 1, Social and other services, articles 107 to 109A of Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette A΄147) and (b) the more specific provisions that determine the applicable rules that are provided herein and in the contract documents, in accordance with the corresponding application of articles 27 and 39 of the same law, as amended and in force.
