Tender Details

Provision of services for issuing qualified and commercial certificates for the years 2026 - 2030 The subject of the performance of this public order consists mainly in / in - issuing various types of certificates in the sense of the eIDAS regulation (hereafter collectively also only as "certificates"), - delivery of qualified funds in the sense of the eIDAS regulation, - delivery of a SW solution enabling the control and management of issued certificates, - cooperation in the processing of instructions and procedures aimed at issuing and installing certificates. Closer the specification of the subject of this public contract is given in Annex B of the Tender Documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), and also in Annex No. 2 of the Agreement - ​​Functional and technical requirements. The subject of the performance of this public order will be provided for the following entities in within the Department of Labour and social affairs: - Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, - Labor Office of the Czech Republic, a - Czech Social Security Administration. The purpose of this public contract is the provision of services leading to the fulfillment of Regulation of the European Parliament and Council No. 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust-building services for electronic transactions in the internal market as amended by Regulation (EU) 2024/1183 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 amending Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 as regards the establishment of a European framework for digital identity (hereinafter referred to as the "eIDAS regulation").
