Separate position No. 1: "Provision of Internet access service" Specific item #2: “Provision of secure communication connectivity (Data VPN)” When executing the order, the following should be done: For specific item #1: Provision of Internet access - data transfer through high-speed optical medium for the needs of the Municipality of Varna and its budget units, according to Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. For specific item #2: Provision of secure communications connectivity (Data VPN) with backup included connectivity designed to ensure reliable and secure data exchange between the control centers and the relevant sites of the contracting authority, according to Technical Specification - Appendix No. 2. ​​​​​​​ Purpose of Open Procedure: The purpose of this procedure is conclusion of Framework Agreements, in which not all conditions are defined, for awarding contracts for providing access to the Internet and providing secure communication connectivity (Data VPN). By awarding the present contract, the Contracting Authority strives to select potential Contractors of the subject of the contract, possessing professional qualifications and practical experience corresponding to the subject of the contract, to whom the Municipality of Varna will entrust the implementation of the activities under the subject of the public contract.
