Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Services for Hospital in the Home, Transition Care and Community Based Palliative Care.

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) invites submissions from entities with the capacity, skill and experience for entry onto a panel arrangement of preferred Providers for the provision of one or more of the following services:

Separable Portion 1 - Hospital in the Home (HITH);
Separable Portion 2 - Transition Care Program (TCP); and
Separable Portion 3 - Community Based Palliative Care (CBPC).
Due to the geographical spread of services required by the Transition Care Program and the Community Based Palliative Care program, part-Offers for those Separable Portions will be considered.

Although not mandatory, there is a strong preference to contract regional Queensland-based Offerors.
