Objects of procurement: Flight operation of an aircraft according to requests in order to ensure activities carried out by the Government of the Saratov Region, including all types of flight support, as well as airport services and ground handling in AP Gagarin, including passenger services., Technical operation, maintaining the airworthiness of the aircraft ( hereinafter - aircraft): - all types of aircraft maintenance (operational, periodic, special, seasonal) using consumables necessary for maintenance; - record of operating time and maintenance of aircraft number documentation; - decoding of flight information; - performance of flights on aircraft for the purpose of maintaining airworthiness, including all types of flight support; - collection, processing and analysis of flight information based on the materials of objective control means; - civil liability insurance for harm to third parties, passengers (including baggage and personal belongings) and cargo owners, as well as crew insurance; - aircraft insurance (type of CASCO liability); - aircraft parking and provision of basing at the Dubki airfield.
