1. The subject of this order is the provision of services in the field of script development, production, recording, editing and broadcasting of two episodes of a television program constituting part of a series devoted to nutrition.2. The service in question serves to implement the task titled: Myself research of natural science universities for the development of the Polish dairy sector - research project.3. The purpose of recording a two-episode program is to popularize knowledge about nutrition. The broadcast should meet the legal requirements applicable to television broadcasts, including: including advertising requirements. The broadcast will be produced on the basis of: a script to be agreed upon by the Parties and a cost estimate for the Broadcast taking into account the entire production costs of two episodes and including payment for licensing them.
