Tender Details

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Art. 6 sec. 1 point 1 of the Act on Forests, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, cleaning of wood residues after the production of assortments, preparation ofsoil and agrotechnical melioration as well as maintenance of tourist and educational infrastructure to be performed in the area of ​​the Lipusz Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total number of works resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Descriptions of the action codes describing the itemgeneral forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The description of the rules for the acceptance procedure of forestry works is included in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "Procedures reversedne" referred to in art. 139 sec. 1, 3 - 4 PZP.
