— The contract for the design and construction of the temporary fly ash deposit area for the 11th phase must be completed by December 31, 2022;

— The period for the provision of operating services in the fly ash deposit areas is 24 months, from 1 September 2022 until 31 August 2024;

— The period for providing environmental monitoring and assessment services in the fly ash deposit zones is 27 months, from 1 June 2022 until 31 August 2024
