PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT OF HAZARDOUS WASTE
ITB No. SAMCH-2026-PB-12
The St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos only [Php 3, 375, 000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Services for the Collection and Treatment of Hazardous Waste. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital now invites bids for the Provision of Services for the Collection and Treatment of Hazardous Waste. Delivery of the Goods is required until the contract amount is exhausted. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
