The details given in this section below are only general and the provisions of the section will bind the parties only in cases where there is no other detailed and explicit reference in any of the tender documents. There was a different reference as stated in which of the tender documents, the other and detailed provision will require:
· The winner of the tender will be required to provide services of capturing, collecting, removing and transporting stray dogs and cats, and other animals.
· The services will be provided both in the format of full working days in which the municipal veterinary inspector cannot, for some reason, handle the complaints that reach the municipal hotline. These days will be coordinated if possible in advance. In addition, the services will be provided in the format of jumps in cases where the municipal veterinary inspector is not available and in accordance with the decision of the municipal veterinarian.
· In the event that the services are provided in the format of a bounce and within an hour of the moment of the bounce, the winner of the tender will receive additional bounces, will be entitled to the additional bounces for a return of 50% of the fixed price for the bounces.
· Capture, collection, evacuation and transport of the animals will be done in the winning bidder's vehicle. The animal will be transferred to kennels in Rishon Lezion, Ramat Gan or Petah Tikva or to the veterinary hospital in Beit Dagan, or to any other place, all according to the instructions that the winning bidder will receive from the municipal veterinarian or someone on his behalf.
· The winning bidder will be required to arrive at the location within one hour of the opening of the call (applying the municipal hotline to him) and at the end of handling the incident, i.e. evacuating the animal to the designated location, will report to the municipal hotline the completion of treatment.
· All expenses involved in providing the services, including the designated vehicle and its insurance, will be applied to the winning bidder only.
· For the purposes of submitting a proposal only and without this being to oblige the municipality, it should be noted that the estimated contract scopes are - 10 full working days per year and 12 jumps per month.
· The contract will be for one year, while the municipality reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to extend the contract for 4 additional periods of 12 months or part of them, each, up to a total of 5 years of contract.
