It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the Provision of Services by Arabic speaking psychologists and psychiatrists. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. Brief Scope of Work 1. ObjectiveVictims and Witnesses Section (VWS) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) intends to procure the services of licensed Arabic speaking psychologists and psychiatrist(s) to provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic treatment to its clients with the goal of improving psychological well-being and functioning due to traumatic stress or other mental health conditions. 2. Services to be ProvidedThe psychologist shall deliver the following services:Clinical Assessmento Conduct initial intake interviews and psychological evaluationso Administer standardized diagnostic tools as neededo Develop individualized treatment plansTherapeutic Interventionso Provide evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, etc.)o Offer individual or family counselling sessionso Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyo For psychiatrist: prescribe necessary medication and ensure monitoringof treatment.Documentation and Reportingo Maintain confidential clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standardso Submit periodic progress reports to the Psychosocial Support team of...
