Description of the service: The object of the contract is the preliminary investigation actions on a plot located on Carrer Olímpic nº 5 and on a plot located on the border with the municipality of Badalona, ​​which borders to the north with Carrer de Les Valls d'Andorra, that of Pi i Gibert in the southeast and Avinguda de Catalunya in the southwest. The scope of the work includes borehole drilling and installation, sampling and laboratory analysis, field work, diets and travel, coordination of Health and Safety, data analysis and report preparation. If the results obtained exceed the generic reference levels (according to Royal Decree 9/2005 on contaminated soils), if they exceed 50 mg/kg for TPH or compounds are detected that do not have a reference value, it will be necessary to prepare a quantitative analysis of risk to human health, complying with everything established in its annex VIII.A2.
