Description of the provision: The purpose of this document is to regulate the technical prescriptions that must govern the recruitment of the service of local civic agents in the municipality of Sant Adrià de Besòs, aimed at promoting civility, coexistence and good use of public space. The service will be developed through information actions, awareness, community education, low-intensity social mediation, community work and collection of incidents, with a direct presence in public space. In no case the service subject to the contract includes functions of surveillance, security, police control, administrative inspection or exercise of public powers. A2. Lots: In accordance with article 99 of Law 9/2017, on public sector contracts, it is not considered appropriate the division of the object of the contract into lots. The service constitutes a unitary provision, both from a functional and methodological point of view, given that it requires an integrated planning of actions, a common methodology, operational coordination single and a centralized dialogue with municipal services.
Procedure: Processing in accordance with articles 203 to 207 LCSP. According to art. 204.1.b) of the LCSP, the modifications may not entail the establishment of new unit prices not provided for in the contract.
