PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVERS AND SOFTWARE The purpose of the contract governed by this Administrative Clause (CCA) is to provide MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR SERVERS AND SOFTWARE for the Printing Office of the Banque de France (Directorate of Banknote Manufacturing) and Europafi, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority. The contract is subject to joint execution by the different Contracting Authorities. The Banque de France is coordinator of the group. This market covers on the maintenance and support of servers and associated equipment with Power processors and AIX system software. Loss of IBM certification (compulsory transmission to the contracting authority of a certification certificate to be provided to each renewal thereof) is a cause for termination of the contract for fault of the holder. The HOLDER does not use a remote control or remote maintenance device and does not require the contracting authority to set up a any software and/or hardware device.
