Description : Provision of Security Services for Western Visayas Department (3 pax at P330, 000.00 P990, 000.00)





1. Qualifications of Service Provider:

1.1 The Service Provider must possess a good track record in security service business for at least five (5) years.

1.2 A certification that the Service Provider has at least five (5) years of experience in security service with satisfactory performance from clients is required.



2. Qualification of the Security Personnel: The guards that shall be assigned by the Service Provider to the Department shall possess the following qualifications:

2.1 With valid security guard license;

2.2 With valid license to carry firearms;

2.3 At least high school graduate but with required training on security services;

2.4 Must have undergone pre-licensing training course

2.5 Physically and mentally fit; passed the Psychological Test, Drug Test and Medical Clearance; and

2.6 With good moral character and without a criminal record; possesses clearances from PNP and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
