The subject of the procurement is the provision of physical and technical (arrival of a mobile security group after receiving an alarm signal) security service (hereinafter - the Service) in the administrative building at Talejas street 1, Riga (hereinafter - the Object) in accordance with the Procurement to the requirements specified in Annex 2 of the Regulations and the conditions of the draft contract contained in Annex 4 of the Procurement Regulations, including the use of video surveillance, access control and security alarm system equipment management and monitoring devices (elements), thus preventing possible violations and criminal offenses in the protected Object, guaranteeing compliance with the internal and pass regime of the personnel, ensuring separate accounting and issuance of temporary access smart cards for categories of employees, as well as accounting and issuance of mechanical door lock keys, facility management and automation, automatic fire alarm, centralized notification, security alarm, video surveillance, access control and gas extinguishing system operation monitoring, control and prompt response to events and inappropriate operation of systems.
