Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR FY 2026-2027
1. The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U)- Iloilo City Campus, through FY 2026 - Fund 05A, intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIFTY FIVE PESOS AND 19/100 ONLY (PhP 11, 538, 055.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Security Services for FY 2026-2027 with Project Reference No. ISAT U GOODS-2026-07-024. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The ISAT U - Iloilo City Campus invites bids for the Provision of Security Services for FY 2026-2027 as specified in sections VI (Schedule of Requirements and VII (Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents. Delivery of Services is required within Twelve (12) Months upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed at least within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project.
