Description : 1) The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of North Cotabato intends to apply the following sums being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the General Appropriation Act 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Cotabato (North) now invites bids for the above-mentioned lots through Competitive Bidding. Delivery, installation, assembly, and testing of the Goods are required within forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders may participate in any or all lots. Evaluation and contract award shall be undertaken on a per-lot basis. Bidders should have completed, within the period stated in the Invitation to Bid, and at least one (1) contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
