Description : SECURITY SERVICES: 4 PERSON WITH 12HRS DUTY PER SECURITY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Agency/Contractor shall:
1.Provide the LGU during the life of this contract with four (4) uniforms, binded and armed security guards to be assigned to such post and areas of surveillance.
2.Responsible to all Government Offices in connection with the perfornance of its contractual obligation such post and areas of surveillance.
3.Ensure that the duty of each guard will not exceed 12 hrs of continued services
4.Protect, ensure from the aggression and ohysical harm all the clients, LGU employees and guest while within LGU premises
5.Take full control and supervision of the security guards who mat be assigned under this contract and in the performance of the duties.
6.Pay its assigned security guards and officers in accordance with the pertinent provision of the labor laws as amended by various presidential decrees, especially P.D.1614 and P.D.6727
7.Provide guards as escort during cashier disbursing officer withdrawal of money to the bank for salaries, benefits, etc.
