The City of Guihulngan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ manufacturers/ distributors/ contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project/ contract:

Bidders must have completed an undertaking similar to the project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids and a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the project with an amount of at least 25% of the ABC.
The BAC will use non - discretionary pass/ fail criteria in the Eligibility Screening as well as in the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid advantageous to the government.
