The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan would like to apply the sum of Four Hundred
Thirty Thousand Pesos (P 430, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the Contract for the Nine (6 Months) - from January 2026 to June 2026 Provision of Security
Services Rendering Night Shifts (Two) (2) Security Guards), Claveria, Cagayan.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Claveria, now invites bids for the Provision of Security Services.
Completion of the Works is required within Six (6) Months Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to
Proceed. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt
of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
