PROVISION OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND UNIFORMS FOR STUDENTS
1. The Municipality of Currimao through the [Special Education Fund] intends to apply the sum of [Five Million Three Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen Pesos (P 5, 300, 316.00)] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Provision of School Supplies and Uniforms for students]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Currimao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by [ 45 days)]. Bidders should have completed, within [5 years] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
