Description:-The scope of services covered by this tender comprises: rendering Enterprise Support for all SAP ERP system components serving the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund under authorisation of the original software vendor; providing related technical support resources including right of access to online resources and service granted by the original software vendor, such as SAP Notes and SAP ONE Support Launchpad portal; and rendering support services in response to any potential SAP license audit.
