1. The subject of the order is the provision of sanitary transport services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party in the scope of: 1) transport of hospitalized patients to other medical facilities or diagnostic centers; 2) transport of patients home after the completion of hospitalization; 3) transport of patients from home to a designated hospital in accordance with the order to transport the patient issued by the night and holiday health care physician in situations justifying sanitary transport of the patient; 4) transport of examination material diagnostics, blood and blood products. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ (draft contract).
