Sanitary transport by the Basic team, hereinafter referred to as the "P Team" and the Specialist team, hereinafter referred to as the "S Team" Sanitary transport by the Transport Team, hereinafter referred to as "Team T" Transport of biological materials and documentation. 1. The subject of the order is the provision of sanitary transport services, including 3 parts called tasks. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for any number of tasks. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer for the entire scope of services covered by a given task. TASK NO. 1: Sanitary transport with the Basic team, called "Team P" and the Specialist team, called "Team S"; TASK NO. 2 Sanitary transport with the Transport Team, called "Team T"; TASK NO. 3: Transport of biological materials and documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as OPZ). 1.1. Sanitary transport with the Basic Team, hereinafter referred to as the "P Team" - transport of the patient to medical consultations waiting for him at the place of consultation and returning; transporting the patient and transferring him to other medical entities. 1.2.
