PROVISION OF KEEPING SERVICES OF HYTA ISTIAIA PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES OF X.Y.T.A. LAMIAS Fo.D.S.A. Sterea Hellas S.A. wishes to enter into a contract with a Contractor for the provision of security services for the X.Y.T.A. facilities. Istiaia and Lamia, the duration of day, when the Agency does not employ staff, for the operation and surveillance of these facilities, i.e. from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., on working days (from Monday to Friday) and 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays (mandatory, optional and local). The estimated value of the contract amounts to three hundred twenty seven thousand six hundred euros (€327, 600.00) excluding VAT. 24% (estimated value including VAT: €406, 224.00), with option of 30% on the original contract worth ninety eight thousand two hundred and eighty euros (€98, 280.00) excluding VAT. 24% and the right to extend for an additional twenty-four (24) months worth three hundred twenty-seven thousand six hundred euros (€327, 600.00) plus VAT. The total estimated value of the contract including the option and extension amounts to the amount of seven hundred and fifty-three thousand four hundred and eighty euros (€753, 480.00) not including VAT 24%.
