PROVISION, ROTATION WITH EMPTYING, WEIGHING AND UNLOADING OF BOXES AND COMPACTORS IN 21 COMMUNITIES IN SIOM The purpose of this framework agreement is to make available for rental, rotation, weighing and unloading of boxes and compactors located in the territory of the SIOM de la Vallée de Chevreuse, hereinafter referred to as “SIOM”. The public market is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders (unit prices only), with no minimum and an annual maximum of 525, 000 euros excluding tax. The market is concluded from its date of notification until December 31, 2026. It may then be renewed from year to year, tacitly, the holder not being able to refuse the renewal. In the event of successive renewals, its total duration cannot be exceed four years from its date of notification. The purpose of this framework agreement is to make available for rental, rotation, weighing and unloading of boxes and compactors located in the territory of the SIOM de la Vallée de Chevreuse, hereinafter referred to as “SIOM”. The services concern: - boxes installed at the SIOM recycling center in Villejust - a solidarity-reuse box on the Emmaüs site in Longjumeau - boxes on the Municipal Technical Centers (CTM) of the territory - compactor boxes on fairground markets.
