SELECTION METHOD: Request for Quotation (Firm)

1. The Government of Jamaica (GOJ) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in the form of a "loan" (hereinafter called "loan" toward the cost of Access to Finance for MSMEs (A2F) Project. The Development Bank of Jamaica Limited (DBJ), the implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under, Component 1: Enhancing the Credit Enhancement Facility (CEF) for guarantees to MSME loans with activity for the Provision of a Risk Enterprise Management Software System.

2. The DBJ now invites eligible Bidders/Suppliers to indicate their interest in providing the goods. In preparing your quotation, please refer to the terms and conditions. Kindly ensure your submission is complete. Failure to include the required documentation might constitute grounds for disqualification.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open international competitive procurement using Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" July 2016 (Revised November 2017), Section VI. Approved Selection Methods: Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services item 6.7 and Annex XII. Selection Methods item 5.1 -5.3 which is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
