"Terms of Reference:
1. The supplier shall deliver the rice packages to the Provincial Gymnasium, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao del Norte, or such specific area within the premises as may be designated by the end-user or authorized representative;
2. Delivery shall be made on January 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the said delivery site;
3. The supplier shall coordinate with the end-user before the delivery for inspection and acceptance;
4. The supplier shall provide all necessary labor and equipment required for unloading and proper handling of the rice packages upon arrival at the delivery site; and
5. All rice packages shall be delivered in good condition, properly packed, sealed, and free from damage or contamination."
