Invitation to Bid for
“Provision of Rice Distribution Program for
Indigent Families of Matanog”
1) The Municipality of Matanog, through the Department of Budget Management Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to LGUs, FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (P10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Rice Distribution Program for Indigent Families of Matanog. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Matanog now invites bids for Provision of Rice Distribution Program for Indigent Families of Matanog. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, within a contract similar to the project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in (ITB).
