With the present procedure, the "Research and analysis of the practices for coordination and intersectoral interaction developed over the years, including a review of all existing coordination mechanisms at the local level - regional and municipal, in application of the policies and measures to support children and families, identification and analysis of good practices for intersectoral interaction at national, regional and municipal level and at the level of EU Member States, as well as developing a proposal for a mechanism for coordination' The purpose of the public procurement is for the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy to conclude a contract, after conducting the current procedure, with which to provide a study and analysis of the coordination and intersectoral practices developed over the years interaction, incl. review of all existing coordination mechanisms at the local level - regional and municipal, on the implementation of policies and measures to support children and families with a focus on the thematic areas of the Action Plan for implementation of Council Recommendation (EU) 2021/1004 establishing a European Child Guarantee (2030) (early childhood education and care; inclusive education and school activities; health care; healthy nutrition; adequate housing and other tools for overcoming social exclusion and reducing child poverty), identification and analysis of good practices for intersectoral interaction at the national, regional and municipal level and at the state level...
