Wincentego Pola 2 b, 71 - 342 Szczecin. Detailed scope of services included is included in Annex No. 1 to the procedure in the "Appendices" tab. The Ordering Party recommends carrying out an on-site visit before submitting the offer (the on-site visit is not obligatory). The maximum number of man-hours during the duration of the contract will be a total of 70 man-hours. The Ordering Party will supply the Contractor with the necessary materials to perform the service.CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS:1. The Contractor is obliged to: 1) respond to reports regarding minor repairs within 3 business days from the date of notification by the Ordering Party, 2) respond to reports regarding failures or suspicion of incorrect operation of the installation within 8 hours from the moment of notification by the Ordering Party, 3) performance of services covered by this contract in compliance with the principles of optimization of utility costs and consumption of equipment included in the installation, 4) ensuring that the persons performing the service have all legally required authorizations to perform the activities that are the subject of this contract, in particular qualification certificates category E1 and D1, authorization to work...
