Provision of rental services and a complete service of surgical underwear The subject of this public contract is the provision of rental services and complete service of surgical linen, all its maintenance (washing, ironing, repairs) and exchange of surgical linen and with linen-related logistics, i.e. removal and import of surgical linen, delivery of clean surgical linen to individual clinics at the client's headquarters (to individual "delivery points") and removal of used surgical linen from these delivery points, namely handling and transport by the technology and personnel of the selected supplier and in compliance with the hygiene standards established by Decree 306/2012 Coll., on the conditions for preventing the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases and on the hygiene requirements for the operation of medical facilities and selected facilities social services, as amended. Surgical underwear for the purposes of this public contract means surgical gowns and surgical pants (hereinafter also referred to as "underwear"). All supplied items of laundry will be fitted with an electronic chip. The laundry must comply requirements stated in the tender conditions and its appendices. The subject of performance also includes: - ensuring a comprehensive system of electronic laundry orders through a web application. Ordering in this system will be possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week week - the introduction of this system (software) and its maintenance for all fulfillment locations (delivery locations) for the entire period of validity of the Agreement will be carried out free of charge - free training of authorized employees of the contracting authority...
