1. The sectoral contract award procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019. (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PZP Act.
2. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for: providing renovation services Railway components for the branches of Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A.
3. The subject of the contract was divided into 10 tasks:
Task No. 1: Renovation of the Pioma railway components.
Task No. 2: Renovation of the Fuoma's Fruist Engine Motions.
Task No. 3: Renovation of the Scharf Railways components.
Task No. 4: Renovation of the Scharf Railways internal combustion engines.
Task No. 5: Renovation of Ferrit lines.
Task no. 6: Renovation of Ferrit cums' internal combustion engines.
Task No. 7: Renovation of the components of the BECKER-Warkop production.
Task No. 8: Renovation of queue internal combustion engines Becker-blank production.
Task No. 9: Renovation of the Becker-Warkop production platforms.
Task No. 10: Renovation of components of FAMA transport transport sets.
