1. The Municipality of Jaro, Leyte through the Local Government Support Fund-Support to the Barangay Development Program of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, FY 2025 General Appropriations Act, Republic Act No. 12116 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php2, 500, 000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification, Barangay Daro, Jaro, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
