PROVISION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY-BASED ELECTRIFICATION
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY-BASED ELECTRIFICATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for PROVISION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY-BASED ELECTRIFICATION. Completion of the Works is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
