Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Remote Monitoring System (RMS).
The object of RMS is to have a standard monitoring system for EA 200 Telecom BTS sites to monitor and in some cases control the fuel plan, delivery, consumption its level and miss-use, also the system is expected to indicate power status of the sites which comprise its energy consumption (kWH), its load on each phase, status of phase imbalances, its miss-use and also to show status of energy technologies(City Power, Solar, Super Cap, Batteries Hybrid. Etc.) for its operation, energy generation, Diesel Generators Running Hours, its miss-use indication as well as status of batteries for its operation. The system is required to generate comprehensive reporting for fuel planning, fuel scheduling and fuel budgeting which could fulfil departmental needs of better control and reporting to management.

All above should result in minimizing fuel expenditure, optimize fuel opex, improve energy consumption, minimize energy losses, optimize generator efficiency, maximize uptime and network SLA, Generate professional reporting in exile and graphical format for better planning.
