Dear Valued vendors, We are pleased to issue this Request for Quotation, referenced RFQPROC# 2025-0664 - Rehabilitation of 100 Households - ShelterBased on the results of this RFQ, IOM intends to award contracts to the successful bidder(s) for the renovation and rehabilitation works, in accordance with the detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs) that will be issued by IOM at a later stage. Deadline to submit your offer: Friday 05 September 2025 at 3 Pm Beirut Time. Request for clarifications will be accepted from 19 till 22 August, and our responses will be communicated with you on August 25. The expected duration of the project is 2 months, starting with the implementation expected to start by the last week of September. The estimated volume of work is approximately 280000$, the targeted sites will be distributed as follows: Beirut and Mount Lebanon (80%) and Tyre, South Lebanon (20%). This estimated volume is based on our forecast and does not constitute a commitment to procure up to the mentioned value. Vendors are requested to submit quotations per BoQ item with a quantity of 1. The final implementation will be based on the awarded sites and actual BoQs, which will be shared a later stage. All quoted costs should be inclusive of any additional charges that may be applicable per location including VAT.
