Description : General objective

Provision of the recruitment service of recurring individual donors through the F2F channel, primarily considering the quality of the donor.

Among the main tasks to be performed are the following:

Recruit and train meticulously the "facers" so that they are ready to execute the fundraising campaign F2F. The Supplier will ensure that there are procedures / quality assuranceto minimize the risk of fraudulent and other behavior by facers and also ensure that they comply with local and international labor laws.

Carry out Third Party (Independent) professionals "Mysterious Shopping" to carry out carry out monthly punctual checks and anonymous activities of mysterious purchases in all the sites, to guarantee the qualitative performance and the behavioradequate facers and deliver regular reports to UNICEF on the results.

Ensure that all recruited donors know and agree with the long-term nature of the commitment to provide ongoing financial support for UNICEF.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales and analysis reports, and send them to UNICEF.

Be available for regular weekly or monthly progress meetings (by phone or phone)n person) with UNICEF staff to analyze ongoing performance and plans for any corrective action in situations where it is needed ...
