Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents and consumables along with the rental of an automatic immunodiagnostic analyzer with additional equipment in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex 1 to the specification.2. Detailed description of the item orders and requirements for the analyzer are included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected.4. Additional conditions regarding the subject of the order: a) the expiry date of the reagents cannot be shorter than 6 months from the date of delivery, b) The Contractor undertakes to conduct, at the request of the Ordering Party, training of the Ordering Party's staff at its registered office in Os. Zlotej Jesieni 1, Kraków along with the delivery of the analyzer, c) The contractor will be obliged to submit an attendance list with conducted training referred to in point 4 b) with signatures of trained users confirming their actual presence in the Registration Journal, within 5 business days from the date of the training. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes quantity of the ordered product within the value of the concluded contract.7. The remaining terms of the order specify the contract designs...
