Tender Details

The objective of the public procurement procedure is to provide public catering services in the city of Bekes.

The successful tenderer is provided by the Remenyhir Intezmeny Eoetvoes Jozsef Altalanos Iskola 5630 Bekes, Jantyik Matyas u. The central kitchen located at 21 25, as well as the connectionmovable property, which you can use for the provision of the service within the framework of a rental agreement. The rental fee is HUF 2, 400, 000 net VAT/year

The winning bidder must obtain the necessary official permits for the operation of the kitchen in accordance with the law, including primarily the workoperating license.

The task of the winning tenderer is to manage and dispose of all waste generated during the performance of the service at its own expense and in the location determined by itself.

Reasons for the exclusion of the partial tender: According to § 61, subsection (4), it examined whether the nature of the subject of the procurement and additional circumstances related to the contract allow a part of the public procurement tocovering offer.
