Provision of public catering services The Bidder expects the Bidder to provide the following services: provision of children's meals The Bidder's task is catering services for educational institutions of the County City of Eger provision - per meal: in the form of breakfast, lunch, lunch, snack, dinner - and kitchen operation. Informative current daily quantities (number of servings per day): • breakfast: 520 servings • lunch: 1160 servings • lunch: 2819 servings • snack: 1160 servings • dinner: 520 servings Total (all meals together) per day: 6, 179 servings The Winning Bidder is also required to provide dietary meals as stated in the technical description. The contracting authority informs the tenderers that the above batch numbers are informational in nature, settlement between the parties is based on the quantities actually ordered and delivered in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract. The contracting authority draws the attention of bidders that the following numbers are estimated values, based on the 2026 design data were provided and the numbers below may differ by +/- 20%. Details are included in the technical description. For the provision of the service, the tenderer uses the kitchens included in the public procurement document with their existing equipment and related together with its premises will be made available to the winning bidder.
