The subject of the contract is the provision of property protection services, mass sports and artistic and entertainment events carried out as part of the 3rd European Games on June 5 - July 5, 2023. in relation to 1 to 8 parts of the contract, which will take place in the Małopolskie voivodship and otherslocations indicated in the SWZ documentation and its attachments, in accordance with the attached schedule (part of Appendix A). 2. The contracting authority shall divide the contract into parts referred to in Art. 91 of the Act, the contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the right of option pursuant to Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law in the scope of increasing the scope of performance of the subject of the contract, i.e. Provision of physical security services for mass sports events and access control services at gates
