Description : PROVISION OF PROMOTIONAL AND PRINTING MATERIALS FOR THE 3rd QUARTER FY 2024 UNDER FUND 107

The AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE-REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER IX through the 2024 General Appropriation Act intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 654, 350.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF PROMOTIONAL AND PRINTING MATERIALS FOR THE 3rd QUARTER FY 2024 UNDER FUND 107.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The ATI-RTC IX invites bids for the aforementioned contract.

Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II: Instruction to Bidders.
