The project strategy is focused in four main areas:
1. Creating a forum for all interested parties to discuss the design of an inclusive model to facilitate persons with disabilities access to the courses of training, held their chosen vocational education institutions, in accordance with the new national legislation.
2. Carrying out an analytical review and analysis of the current curriculum of professional training of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan (10-month) together with the Ministry of Education to integrate an inclusive model that ensures the special needs of persons with disabilities.
3. Assist the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan in the preparation of the necessary teaching materials and the development of training processes for admission of potential candidates for persons with disabilities in the 10-month course.
4. Provide support to potential applicants for persons with disabilities to process their applications for enrollment and the courses of training and assistance throughout the study time.
