Description : The United Nations is seeking expression of interest from potential vendors to participate in a Request for Proposal at a later stage for the provision of professional services in connection to the design, development and implementation of Assessment Centers in support of the United Nations Development Coordination Office. The purpose of the Assessment Centre is to assess the degree to which potential candidates possess the leadership competencies required for these positions, and other personal characteristics (for instance motivational drive, leadership style, intellectual potential, etc.) that may impact their job performance. Currently, there are a total of 129 Resident Coordinator positions system-wide. It is expected that approximately 40 to 50 candidates will be assessed each year for these positions. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from companies who have the experience and expertise to deliver these services. Organizations who express their interest and meet the minimum criteria listed below, will receive a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP). The expected contract duration is up to 5 years.
